All print meetings are concerned with hard copy presentation of images. Many will argue that the print is the ‘ne plus ultra’ of photographic expression! The advent of high quality digital printers has generated widespread and renewed interest in the medium. Print meeting topics include comparing papers, printer demonstrations, image mounting and framing, and discussions about the many technical challenges in understanding and using software to produce stunning prints. Each fall and spring there are a series of open and themed print competitions.
